RESOLUTIONS:

  1. Resolved to approve the Report of IQAC (AQAR) as submitted by the co-ordinator and the same shall be sent to NAAC.
  2. Resolved to conduct a Campus Recruitment drive in the month of July 2018.
  3. Resolved to hold the Inaugural ceremony of the Students’ council in 3rd week of July and commence the programs of different clubs and committees thereafter.

Agenda:

  1. Conducting remedial classes for slow learners and Remedial examinations for improvement.
  2. Conducting One-Day Workshop for Teachers regarding New Accreditation Process introduced by NAAC.

  1. Resolved to conduct remedial classes and examinations for slow learners.

  1. After internal assessment examination, internal marks are recorded and slow learners are categorized and remedial classes are conducted.
  2. A One-day workshop  for faculty should be organized in the college.
  3. Action taken to consolidate all the documents related to activities conducted since last accreditation.

MEETING:

Meeting of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell of the College held on 01-01-2019 at 4.30 PM at Principal’s Chamber to discuss the following.

AGENDA:

  1. Distribution of work relating to submission of AQAR.
  2. Moral and Spiritual camp to be conducted in the college.
  3. Conducting  Inter-collegiate Music competition on the eve of Sharada Jayanthi.
  4. Review the results of semester examination.

RESOLUTIONS:

  1. Resolved to prepare the college annual report in the line with the AQAR Format.
  2. Resolved to conduct Moral camp on 16th January 2019.
  3. Resolved to conduct Inter- university Music competition on the eve of Sharada Jayanthi.
  4. Reviewed the results of the Semester Examination in the month of October-Nov 2019.
  5. Resolved to conduct two internal assessment examinations- one during February second week and another during the last week of March.
  6. Resolved to hold an inaugural program of Indoor Stadium constructed under UGC XII Plan Grant.

OUTCOMES:

  1. The College Annual Report prepared in the line with the AQAR Format.
  2. Spiritual and Moral Retreat Camp was organized in the college on 16th January 2019.
  3. Results of the Semester Examinations are reviewed in the council meeting and steps are taken for improving the result in the coming Semester.
  4. First Internal Assessment Examination was commenced from 25th February and Second Assessment Examination was commenced from March 25th .
  5. Indoor Stadium constructed under UGC XII Plan Grant was inaugurated on 11th February 2019.

MEETING

Meeting of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell of the college held on 07-02-2019 at 3.30 PM at Principal’s Chamber to discuss the following agenda.

AGENDA:

  1. Preparation of AQAR for the year 2018-19 under new methodology.
  2. Assigning students projects and publication of reports in the college magazine.
  3. Reconstitution of IQAC.
  4. Feedback from Alumni.
  5. Interaction with teaching and non-teaching staff.

RESOLUTIONS:

  1. Resolved to direct all departments, committees and associations to submit their reports before 31 st March 2019 to enable the IQAC to prepare AQAR in time.
  2. Departments are advised to assign Minor Research Projects to the students and prepare a report of such associations before 31st March 2019.
  3. The IQAC shall be reconstituted after the submission of AQAR for the 2018-19.
  4. Resolved to take feedback from Alumni since 2019-20 for the purpose of IQAC.
  5. Interaction meetings between IQAC and teaching staff and non-teaching staff shall be conducted in March 2019.

OUTCOMES:

  1. Received reports from various departments and associations in the month of March 2019.
  2. Students’ projects are conducted .
  3. Structured Feedback was received from Alumni.
  4. An Annual Review Meeting for teaching and non-teaching was conducted along with Correspondent of college at the semester end.

  1. Resolved to hold a State level seminar on 27th September 2019 in collaboration with Nehru Chinthana Kendra , Mangalore university , Mangalore.
  2. Resolved to request the management to sanction the funds required for the local hospitality for the resources persons and participants.
  3. Resolved to form different committees in relation to seminar and entrust them respective duties and responsibilities.
  4. Resolved to inform all the HODs and faculty members to motivate the students to take up survey based research projects and make use of the allotted funds for that purpose.
