Our College provides a lot of opportunities and help the academic growth of all the students. Special facilities and scholarships are provided for the students coming from impoverished backgrounds.

These are in the area of :

  • Organizing health awareness programs especially under COVID 19 Situations.
  • Providing financial help for the students who are under medical treatment in case of accidents and hazards .
  • Providing Financial help for the students who are sports achievers.
  • Providing financial help to the students of other colleges who are suffering with fatal illness.
  • Providing free meal facility for poor students of local areas.
  • Providing Rajiv Gandhi loan scholarship to the students.
  • Providing scholarships to the students who are the children of Beedi workers.
  • Providing post-metric scholarships to all the students.
  • Providing minority scholarships to the students coming from the minority religion backgrounds.
  • Providing Sanchi Honamma scholarships to all the Kannada students.
  • Providing scholarships from the community organizations to the deserving students of their respective communities.
  • Providing Book-bank facilities to the students. Separate extra book bank facilities for students coning from the SC/ST community.
  • Providing books to the students through the departmental library and book bank facilties.

  • 15 women students have got Sanchi Honnamma Scholarship of Rs. 30,000/-
  • 44 SC and 08 ST students have received scholarship of Rs. 2,80,000/-
  • 38 students have received minority post-metric scholarship of Rs. 2,28,000/-
  • 30 students got MHRD, BEEDI and other scholarships of Rs. 1,00,000/-
  • 03 students have received Prize Money scholarship of Rs. 90,000/-
  • 02 students have received Food and Accommodation scholarship of Rs. 21,000/-
  • 07 students have got Jindal scholarship of Rs. 89,600/-
  • 170 students are getting mid-day meal facility sponsored by our generous management, donors and faculty.

Scholarships & Endowment Prizes: 2018-2019

Various scholarships and fee concessions have been granted to the eligible students during the current academic year.

  • 79 students are getting fee concession of  81,732/-
  • 15 students have got Govt. scholarships of around Rs. 70,000/-
  • 42 SC/St students are getting scholarship of Rs. 2,50,000/-
  • 12 students have got Jindal scholarship of Rs. 50,100/-
  • 130 students are getting mid-day meal facility sponsored by our generous management, donors and faculty.
  • Besides, there are many endowment prizes instituted by donors and well-wishers of the college, which will be distributed to the deserving and eligible students in today’s function.

  • 225 students are getting fee concession of  2,,31,908/-
  • 31 SC/St students have received scholarship of Rs. 1,78,101/-
  • 19 students have got Jindal scholarship of Rs. 87,200/-
  • 23 women students have got SanchiHonnamma Scholarship of Rs. 46,000/-
  • 6 merited students received Rajiv Gandhi Scholarship of Rs. 1,10,000/-
  • 6 poor and deserving students have got Rs. 60,000/- from Mahindra Finance, Mangalore.
  • Beedi, Minority and Labour Union Scholarship of around 1,50,000/- is directly credited to the students’ accounts.
  • 170 students are getting mid-day meal facility sponsored by our generous management, donors and faculty.
  • Besides, there are many endowment prizes instituted by donors and well-wishers of the college, which will be distributed to the deserving and eligible students in today’s function.
