FACULTY CONSULTANCY POLICY
Consultancy is defined as any professional activity related to faculty’s field or discipline, where fee for service or equivalent relationship with third party exists. Sri Sharada College believes in the enriching interaction of faculty members with industry business, government and other activities and institutions of our society. Hence the College gives faculty members the privilege of consultancy because such activities can contribute to the professional development and stature of the faculty member and thus may benefit the college as well.

Guidelines:-
- Consultancy work should not impact the normal duties and responsibilities of the faculty.
- All consultancy activities must be brought before the notice of the Principal or HOD
- The expenditure incurred by the institution, if any shall be reimbursed by the faculty or by the institution availing the service
- The income generated by consultancy service, if any shall be shared between the faculty and institution at 75:25 ratios
- Maximum member of consultancy days for a faculty is working day per month
- The College shall not be a party in consultancy agreements
