ಮನವಿ

ಶ್ರೀ ಶಾರದಾ ಕಾಲೇಜು, ಬಸ್ರೂರು ೧೯೭೨ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಒಂದು ಉನ್ನತ ವಿದ್ಯಾಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ೩ ಬಾರಿ ನ್ಯಾಕ್ (NAAC) ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ನಾವು ಇಂದು ವಿವಿಧ ರಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಉತ್ತಮ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯ, ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ, ಒಲಾಂಗಣ ಹಾಗು ಹೊರಾಂಗಣ ಕ್ರೀಢಾ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು, ಉತ್ತಮ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳು, ನುರಿತ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರು ಹಾಗು ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಆದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಹೆಚಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದವರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಚಿನ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದವರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಒಟ್ಟು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಕ್ಕಳೇ ಅಧಿಕ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ನೀಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಸುಮಾರು ೨೦೦ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ ಉಚಿತ ಭೋಜನ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೋರ್ವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗೆ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ರೂ. ೨೦೦೦ ದಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ೪ ರಿಂದ ೫ ಲಕ್ಷದ  ವರೆಗೆ ಹಣದ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗು ದಾನಿಗಳು ಈ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನೆರವು ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ.

An appeal to our Alumni

Sri Sharada College, your alma matter founded in the year 1972,
has been progressing all these years in different dimensions. A new B.B.M
course has been introduced during this admission year. The present strength
of our college is 474 students in degree section and 292 in P.U.C.

Our college has been subjected to NAAC assessment and accreditation process since 2000-2001. Our college has been accredited with B+ grade by the NAAC in September, 2004. Again we are presenting re-accreditation report by October, 2009. We have shown in our report the infrastructure of the college fully equipped with computers in the Office, Library, Principal’s Chamber and all the departments, extension of the Internet Facility to students and staff. We have answered positively to all their questions. Hence, before their visit by March, 2010, we should be fully equipped with whatever we have presented in the report. However, this will be made possible only with our whole hearted support and co-operation. A few resolutions were made in the last Alumni meeting to approach all the old students studied in our institution so far.

The Trust has been bearing the burden of providing mid-day meal to 150 students with the co-operation of donors from the public and Alumni,
free computer education, giving alary to the management staff members and maintaining the newly introduced un-aided B.B.M. Course.

In this regard, now it is the right time for you to donate liberally for the following projects, as a token of love and gratitude to the alma-matter.

Projects to be carried out at the earliest are:

Mid-day Meal scheme for 250 students- A fixed deposit of Rs.25,00,000-00.

  1. Purchase of ten computers – Rs. 3,00,000-00.
  2. To raise a herbal garden       – Rs. 1, 00,000-00.
  3. An independent transformer  – Rs. 3, 00,000-00.
  4. A 40 KV generator   – Rs. 4, 00, 000-00.
  5. Construction of open stage – Rs. 20,00,000.00
  6. LCD projector – Rs. 3,00,000.00
